H.Grayce | Tanning Co. Appointment & Cancellation Policy At H.Grayce | Tanning Co., appointments are reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect everyone’s time, the following policy applies to all bookings. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service or required to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to stay on schedule for other clients. Deposits Some appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with proper notice (24 hours). Respecting Everyone’s Time As a small, independent business, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill appointment slots.
